Rutgers Athletics announces launch of Athletic Excellence Fund

Rutgers Athletics announced the launch of the Athletic Excellence Fund, a bold new initiative that will provide direct support to Scarlet Knight student-athletes.

The Athletic Excellence Fund will provide important support for fundraising for Rutgers student-athletes. These investments will enhance the Scarlet Knights’ ability to recruit and develop their talent across all sports.

Rutgers Director of Athletics Keli Zinn said, “this is an opportunity to invest boldly in our student-athletes, to be competitive for championships on the national stage, and to set the standard of excellence that will define Rutgers Athletics.”

With these new initiatives, scholarships will remain a vital way for donors to support student-athletes, helping them both find “academic success and financial stability.”
