Former Rutgers professor named in Epstein files

NJ.com reports that former Rutgers Professor Robert Trivers had a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein as revealed in the newest release of documents by the Department of Justice.

In an email exchange with prominent MIT professor Noam Chomsky in October of 2015, Epstein referred to himself as Trivers’ “major funder” after he “got thrown out of Rutgers for good this time.”

This was in reference to the $40,000 that Epstein allegedly gave Trivers to fund his research studies. The documents revealed Epstein and Trivers spent time outside of academia in a 2012 message where Triver thanks Epstein for a “wonderful lunch” that featured a “bevy of beauties.”

Trivers was fired from Rutgers in 2015 after he refused to teach a class on Human Aggression.
