Although New York City may be the best music city in the world, there aren’t many festivals. The one exception to this festival desert is The Governors Ball, hosted at Flushing Meadows Corona Park, June 5-7. Because Gov Ball is one of NYC’s only major festivals, there is plenty of pressure, and to no surprise, their lineup has delivered once again.
This year, Gov Ball is offering a taste of the biggest acts in music. Lorde will headline Friday night, following her exceptional 2025 and the release of her new album, Virgin. She will bring nostalgic cuts like “Ribs,” and will certainly be making new memories to lead off the festival. Friday night also marks the return of Baby Keem. Keem has stayed relatively silent in the last two years, and Gov Ball is currently his only announced show of 2026.
Friday also features performances from Katseye, 2Hollis, Pierce The Veil, Mariah The Scientist, Audrey Hobert, The Beths, King Princess, Flipturn, Turnover, and much more. Friday’s range in genres is only a glimpse into what the rest of the weekend will look like.

K-pop phenoms, Stray Kids, take the stage Saturday night, following a day of high-energy sets. Last June, Stray Kids performed two sold-out nights at Citi Field, and now they’ll be returning to Queens just a year later. Kali Uchis is also a must-see act on Saturday night. Between her recent album, Sincerely, and debut, Isolation, Uchis will offer something for everyone in attendance.
Saturday includes some of 2025’s most exciting acts: Blood Orange, Wet Leg, Ravyn Lenae, Snow Strippers, and Jane Remover will all play on June 6. Saturday will see performances by Major Lazer, Del Water Gap, Thee Sacred Souls, Spacey Jane, and Amyl and the Sniffers as well.
The weekend will conclude with a legendary performance by A$AP Rocky. Rocky’s new album, Don’t Be Dumb, is set for a January 16 release and marks his first album in seven years. And if you’re still riding the K-pop wave from Saturday night, Blackpink’s Jennie will perform a solo show before Rocky takes the stage.
Sunday has a little bit of everything, and New York’s own Geese will be making their festival debut. Geese will be accompanied by Dominic Fike, Japanese Breakfast, Freddie Gibbs & The Alchemist, Clipse, Fcuckers, Rachel Chinouriri, Hot Mulligan, Between Friends, Hannah Jadagu, and many more.
