RUSA 2026 general election open for voting

Rutgers University Student Assembly’s 2026 general election voting began Thursday, allowing students to vote for next year’s student government leaders.
All undergraduate students can vote on key positions in student government, including RUSA President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Parliamentarian.
Candidates for RUSA president include University Affairs chair Alina Chen with Uknighted and DEI chair Alejandra Afanador with Knights4Change.
The Student Body will also be electing representatives for their respective academic schools and residential campuses. Elected students will serve in their positions for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Voting will be open for five days, and will close Monday, March 30 at 11:59 pm.
