William F. Tate IV inaugurated as 22nd President of Rutgers

William F. Tate IV was inaugurated Friday in Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hall at Rutgers—Newark. He is now officially the 22nd President of Rutgers University.
In his speech, Tate touched on concepts like opportunity and love. Tate, the former President of Louisiana State University, is the second African-American President of Rutgers University, after his predecessor Jonathan Holloway.
