WRSU speaks with student injured in Voorhees Mall car crash

A Rutgers student shares his story after being struck in the College Avenue crash that unfolded Wednesday afternoon.
At approximately 3:08 p.m., freshman Eason He was leaving his College Writing class and walking across Voorhees Mall when a black Porsche Cayenne veered off College Avenue and onto the grass, hitting him in its path.
He sustained injuries to his left leg and tailbone and was transported to a local hospital, where he was treated and released just four hours later.
WRSU spoke with He, an international student from China, about his experience in the moments leading up to and following the crash.
